Agreement to Terms

When you hire DoneWell Opelika Concrete for any concrete work, you agree to these terms of service. We recommend reading through everything so you know what to expect from us and what we expect from you.

Services We Provide

We offer professional concrete services in Opelika, AL and surrounding areas. This includes driveways, patios, walkways, foundations, decorative concrete, and repairs. Each project starts with a free consultation and quote. Once you approve the estimate, we schedule your work and get started.

Quotes and Pricing

Your quote is based on the information you give us and what we see during our site visit. If we discover unexpected issues like poor soil conditions or hidden utilities, we will let you know right away. Any changes to the scope or price require your approval before we move forward.

Payment Terms

We typically require a deposit to schedule your project and secure materials. The remaining balance is due when the work is completed to your satisfaction. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your contract.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated timelines for each project, but weather and other factors can cause delays. Concrete work requires specific temperature and moisture conditions to cure properly. If we need to reschedule due to weather, we will keep you informed and get back on track as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

You need to provide clear access to the work area and mark any underground utilities before we start. If you have pets, please keep them secured during our work hours. You are also responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, though we are happy to help guide you through that process.

Warranty and Guarantee

We stand behind our work. Your concrete installation comes with a warranty against defects in workmanship. Normal settling and hairline cracks are part of how concrete naturally behaves and are not covered. We will explain proper maintenance and care when your project is complete.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your project, please let us know as soon as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered or work has begun. We will work with you to find a fair solution if circumstances change.

Liability

We carry full insurance to protect both you and our team. While we take every precaution to protect your property, you should notify us immediately if any damage occurs during our work. We will address any issues promptly and professionally.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new date. For active projects, the terms in effect when you signed your contract will apply.
